|Important details about the Automatic Report Process: |
To assist our team with processing your in-game bug, glitch, or localization error report through our Support center. We are using a robotic process that will help Support quickly verify and gather the necessary details and files to begin the investigation process.
Please note if there are any discrepancies or incomplete details within your report, our robotic process will not acknowledge these files and in return will ask you to recheck and resend the appropriate details all over again.
What is a bug?
A bug is anything that has an unintended effect on the game-play experience. This includes localization bugs, broken abilities or talents, visual bugs, quest bugs, environment bugs, graphical bugs, etc.
What is not a bug?
If you feel something is unbalanced or needs changes, report it to the feedback section of the forums.
What to include in a bug report
When you are reporting a bug please ensure you provide as much relevant information as possible.
When putting together the report, please include the following information:
1. Short message describing the bug/issue
2. Steps that were taken to produce the bug
3. How many times did the bug occur (does this happen every time or does it seem intermittent/random?)
4. Where the bug occurred
5. Name of NPC/Quest (if bug related to the Quest/NPC)
6. Name, coordinates and difficulty level of the instance (if bug related to the Dungeon)
7. Class and type of the body (if bug related to the character)
8. Screenshot or video footage that would demonstrate the issue. *
** We ask that you include game logs and diagnostic data files to help us identify the source of the issue. **
Instructions on how to gather diagnostic data:
Open Revelation Online page in My.com Game Center, press green arrow near the "Play" button and choose "Collect diagnostic data." All files will be gathered automatically.
*You can make the screenshot using the game by pressing Print Screen key on your keyboard. **
The screenshot will appear in "MyGames\Revelation Online\screenshot" folder.
Note before taking a screenshot, please don't hide your interface & make sure to open the System Tab inside of the in-game chat.
