If you've accidentally transferred your package to the wrong character and would like help, please carefully follow the instructions below:
Don’t Open the Package!
The first step is to refrain from opening the package to prevent exposing the content of the package.
Please note if the package is opened, unfortunately, doing so will prevent our team from assisting you with the “transfer or refund” of the package.
What if my Package was sent to my Mailbox?
Place the Package into your inventory but do not open it. If the package has been opened, it will void our offer to assist you.
To prevent any errors with the transfer of your Package,please have screenshots handy to help describe the problem. While submitting screenshots, verify the images are being used from the My.com Game Center or within the Game client.
These screenshots will appear within the "MyGames\Revelation Online\screenshot" folder.
