In-Game Security Password Assistance

There are two ways to reset a security password:

1. Via in-game feature:
 1.1 Open "Game Settings";
 1.2 Press "Clear Password";
 1.3 If you don't remember your password, choose the second variant and wait for 7 days.



2. Second way - contact Support Service and we will reset the password for you, but at first, we need to make sure that you are the original owner of the account. For this purpose, you need to provide the following information:

 - Are you the original creator of the account?
 - Please list all locations (Cities, Countries) from which you accessed your account since registration, and the Internet service provider(s) used.
 - Please indicate all payment methods, dates and amounts used to refill the account.
 - Specify the date of account creation.
 - Name of the character on which you want to reset the password.
 - Shard of the character on which you want to reset the password.
