What should I do if there’s an issue with my Skyforge PS4 account?

- Skyforge Game Account (Restoration, In-Game Suspension, In-Game Ban/Mute)
- Skyforge Account (Password Recovery, Security Question, Avatar image)
- Access to the Skyforge Forums.
To request a Refund for Skyforge PlayStation 4, players must first contact Skyforge Customer Support and request to remove the items from the account. When the items have been removed, our team will provide you with the details to contact PlayStation Support to finalize the refund process:
- Argent & Package Purchases
- Season Pass Purchases
All other issues associated with your PlayStation account must go through the Sony PlayStation Support team as they’re better equipped to assist with the following:
- Skyforge / PlayStation Plus Account linking process
- PlayStation Plus Membership questions/concerns
- PlayStation Plus Account (Sign-up, PlayStation Profile, Appeals, etc.)

- Argent & Pack Purchases
