Single order paid multiple times
As a general rule (for any service), we encourage you to pay attention to the following recommendations when making a payment online:
1. Do not try to repeat the payment until the items have been delivered to your account.
2. Do not try to repeat an order on the payment page (hosted by the payment system). Instead, go back to our own website and place a new order.
3. Do not refresh the payment page until the operation is complete.
If you paid for a single order on your account multiple times, you will need to contact our Customer Support team.
