I’ve sent a message to a Streamer, but they haven’t received it
Please keep in mind that for a Streamer to receive your message, the speech synthesis function must be enabled. If this feature isn’t enabled, the Streamer in question will only receive an alert about the message.
If you’re certain the Streamer didn’t receive your message, please fill out the details below:
The name of the Streamer who the message was intended for,
The specified e-mail address that was used for sending the message;
The name of the Payment Method that was used,
The approximate time and amount of the payment.
