However, if you still experience the issue, please, submit a ticket and provide us with screenshots demonstrating a lack of the vehicle in your garage and a dealer tree with the vehicle.
Please, note that most likely your vehicle is not lost, but placed in reserve by mistake. Make sure that you've checked "In reserve" filter in your vehicle filters before submitting a ticket.
