Purchased Items Not Delivered
While it's unfortunate, it's often for problems to arise during the checkout process when initiating a payment. If you’ve made a purchase haven’t received your items, please refer to some of the following examples:
- Have you signed into the wrong account?
- Was the payment accepted but no items delivered?
- Did the payment stop processing during the transaction?
- Did the payment get declined?
To verify whether or not the payment was successful; first check your statement and confirm the funds were deducted. If the funds haven’t been deducted, this means there was a problem with the checkout process and the transaction was canceled.
Note if the funds have been deducted from your account and the items haven't been delivered, it's possible the transaction is still "Pending". In this case, please allow up to 24 hours for our systems to receive and process the transaction for delivery.
