Game Crashing Solutions
Please provide as many details as possible for a swift resolution:

If you experience a game crash, we kindly request screenshots of the CryEngine Crash Handler that appears immediately after the crash.
Please, make a screenshot of it after pressing "Submit" button.
Technical data needed to find the source of the problem. To generate one:
1. Open Armored Warfare page in My.com Game Center.
2. Press green arrow near "Play" button and choose "Collect diagnostic data."
3. Press "Start" button in the new window that appears and wait until the process is complete. Once finished, the folder with generated archive will automatically open.
4. Attach screenshots and archive with diagnostic data to your request.
