How to restore game progress?
In case your base was linked to any account (Game Center or Google account) you can restore it by logging to this account on your device.
If it does not work, please, submit a ticket to the support team. In the ticket, please, state the following information:
1. Your lost base name, level and clan, if you were in one, and the level of the Castle;
2. The Game ID of your new base. Please note that this new base will be deleted in the process of restoration;
3. Models of all devices that you used to play on this base (for example, Samsung galaxy s4, iPhone 4 etc.).
4. Last login date (old game).
5. Transaction ID of your last payment on your lost base, if you made one. You can get your Transaction ID in your Google wallet or iTunes.
