Please provide as many details as possible for a swift resolution:
- Screenshots are particularly useful.
If you experience crash, we strongly need screenshot of the CryEngine Crash Handler that appears immidiately after crash.
Please, make a screenshot of it after pressing "Submit" button.
Technical data needed to find source of the problem. To generate one:
1. Open Armored Warfare page in My.com Game Center.
2. Press green arrow near "Play" button and choose "Collect diagnostic data".
3. Press "Start" button in window appeared and wait till process is finished. Folder with generated archive will be opened automatically.
Attach screenshots and archive with diagnostic data to your request.
