Why has my item disappeared?
Items do not get deleted by themselves and don’t disappear for no reasons. If the item is not in the inventory any longer it is very likely that it has expired, been dropped or sold to the shop. Please also check that the item is not in one of your bank boxes.
If you are sure that none of this is the case please contact support with the following information:
Item name (Please provide the exact name, not an approximate description or a similar name)
Date and time when the item disappeared.
Event or action during which the item disappeared.
