Can I cancel an in-app purchase?
Android - Please, submit a ticket to the technical support team directly from the game. Describe the situation as accurately as possible, and also attach a screenshot with the details of the payment you are experiencing issues with. The screenshot should clearly show the Transaction ID of the payment and the price.
iOS - We kindly inform you, that payments cleared via AppStore are processed exclusively by Apple.
