Can I refund my In-App Purchase?

Please submit a ticket to the support team. Please attach to the inquiry the screenshot showing your current VIP status from the in-game shop and state the payment information:

Android - Transaction ID from the mail that was sent to you by Google with the payment (the Transaction ID should have a GPA.****-****-****-***** format). You can find your Transaction ID in the Google Payments Center, clicking on the specific payment.

iOS - We kindly inform you, that payments cleared via AppStore are processed exclusively by Apple.
Please contact Apple Support Service for a more detailed investigation into your issue.
