Lost item/resources

If you believe that some of your items or resources were lost, please raise a ticket with our support service with a detailed description by following the link below. In your ticket please specify the following information:

  1. Your game ID (can be found in the game settings).
  2. Exact name for the item/resource type.
  3. How many items/resources were lost.

If we are talking about the loss of an item, also provide us with the additional information:

  1. Item's color, it's upgrade level.
  2. Item's location (storage, inventory, equipped on character).
  3. Number of its completed stars.
  4. Overall number of stars.
