How to request a refund of a purchase
To request a refund, please submit a ticket from this support article and have the following information ready:
1) The reason for your refund.
2) The billing/payment information associated with the transaction. More information on what data will be needed is available on the ticket submission page.
3) A screenshot of the receipt of the payment in question.
Our team will review your request and assist with the refund process in exchange for the removal of the purchase contents.
