- Exit completely out of the My.com Game Center, then log back in,
- Confirm that the caps lock key on your keyboard isn’t enabled,
- Double check for any spelling errors,
- Reset your account password.
If you’re still experiencing login problems for your My.com account, please create a new account and submit an inquiry to our team. When contacting us, please also remember to provide the email address along with the account registration details (such as IP address, City of Registration, and Proof of Payments).
