If your account has been temporarily suspended for "Suspicious Activity":

All accounts that have been temporarily suspended will undergo a complete investigation to confirm whether or not cheating or exploits have taken place. Accounts found guilty for violating the Terms of Use and EULA will be penalized and suspended. Repeated offenders will be punished accordingly and the sanction will be permanently applied without the option to dispute.
