How to create and register your My.com account

Simply follow these easy steps to help guide you through the Account creation process! 

Login Button:

The first step is to click the "LOG IN" icon at the top right-hand corner of the page or by clicking here

Enter the appropriate credentials:
   - Email & Password, Phone Number & Password, or Social Media (such as Facebook/Twitter):



Personal Information:

   - Enter Personal Information about the account here



Security:

   - Insert your Security Settings information:


 Note: If the e-mail has not been verified, you are required to resend the confirmation code again. This will repeat until the verification process is configured.

 

Language:

   - Select your preferred language from the drop-down menu:



Confirm the language:

   - Click on your preferred language then select SAVE:


 Note: If your language is not supported on this list, please notify Customer Support here.


Subscriptions/Communication Preference:

  - Check the appropriate boxes to receive notifications and keep informed about latest news:

   

Avatar:

   - Want to change your Avatar? Click to upload image button or select verity of the standard range:

   


My account is now created but why haven't I received my verification email?

If you do not receive the email message from My.com support and you are running a Spam filter, check and make sure the message has not been filtered as spam. Please try adding "ac@my.com" to your contacts or trusted senders list within your email client and attempt to re-verify your email address.

You can also try to send confirmation email again by going to your My.com Profile page and select Security Tab, then clicking on (send confirmation code again).
