How to restore game progress?
If your game account was linked to any account (Google Account, Game Center), you can restore it yourself. To do so please sync this account in your device settings and then launch the game.
If the account has not been linked to Game Center/Google Play, submit a ticket to the customer support and specify the following information:
1. In-game nickname of the lost account;
2. The date of the last successful login to your lost account;
3. The amount of gold on your lost account;
4. Model of the device the game account was created on and models of all devices that you played the game on afterwards (for example, Samsung galaxy s4, iPhone 4 etc.).
