If you feel that a player has violated our policies, please report them to our Customer Support for investigation by creating a ticket from this article.
It is very important for us that you comply with the following conditions in the request:
1. A violation must be reported within 72 hours after witnessing it in-game.
2. You must provide the correct in-game nickname of the offender. Also, only one offender can be reported per ticket.
3. All reports of within "Griefing" category must have a video showing the violation (either as an attachment in .mp4 format, or a link to the uploaded video). Please also submit screenshots for reports of other violations.
Otherwise, we may not be able to even start the investigation of the offender.

Please be aware that the Game Rules (EULA) must be carefully observed by both sides of the conflict.
In some cases, it may take a long time to investigate the circumstances of the violation. In this situation, you will receive a corresponding notification.
