I can't download or launch the game

If you’ve purchased the Early Access packs and you’re unable to download the game (the game offers to you sign-up for the beta test), we ask that you create a ticket to our Support team. While submitting your inquiry, please share the information about your purchase (you’re welcome to skip any unnecessary details):

  - The nickname of the account,
  - Payment method type (such as Credit Card, PaySafeCard, PayPal, etc.),
  - Date and time of the transaction (as accurate as possible),
  - Transaction ID (PaySafeCard, PayPal, Online Bank Transfer),
  - Invoice number or receipt number (PayPal),
  - Screenshot of the payment receipt (such as PayPal, Credit card, Steam, PlayStation Network, Xbox Marketplace),
  - Credit Card number (only provide the first 6 and last 4 digits of the Credit Card),
  - The total payment amount.

Note if your email address is linked to a Social Media account (such as Facebook) we ask that you sign into the intended account that the packs was purchased for while contacting us. While you can use the same email address for My.com and Social Media accounts, our systems will only deliver the packs to the account that was logged into while authorizing the payment.
