Click the “Forgot your password?” to reset the password for the account:
Enter the appropriate Email address or Mobile phone number belonging to the account and click Send:
You will then receive an email or text message from My.com with a temporary password.
Note: if you selected to have the notification sent to your Email address, please check both the Inbox and Spam folder:
Enter the Reset Code column along with your new password then click Change:
You are now complete! The final notification will be sent by Email or SMS to confirm the password was successfully changed:
