Requesting a refund:
Please contact Armored Warfare Support and request a refund in exchange for the removal of the items. Our team will provide instructions and details to contact the Microsoft Xbox Customer Support to finalize the refund process for the following purchases:  
   - Gold & Premium Purchases. 
   - Package Purchases.

All other matters associated with your Xbox account must go through the Microsoft Xbox Customer Support team:
   - Armored Warfare / Xbox Account linking process.
   - Xbox Membership questions/concerns.
   - Xbox Account (Sign-up, Avatar, Xbox Profile, Appeals, etc.).
