Connection/Download solutions

For any connection and download issues, please try the following solutions to help test your network's connection on your Xbox One console:
    1) Open the Xbox One Dashboard,
    2) Press the Menu and browse to Settings, 
    3) Select Network,
    4) At the Network Settings screen, test both the network connection and multiplayer connection,

Note Initiating these tests should alert you of any issues with your network connectivity.
