Unable to click the “Activate” button
By encountering this error it generally means the activation process requires more time (up to 15 minutes) to finalize before processing for delivery. In this case, the item will remain within the “Inventory” section and the activation button should display “Processing” until finalized.
If the item has yet to be delivered after this time and displays the items were activated within the “History” section, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
