If you’ve purchased in-game currency and it was not transferred to your character, please, reload the game by refreshing the application page. Note: payment processing can take up to 15 minutes.
If the currency still has not been transferred to your account, please file a request to our support team or contact the official game group using the “Send a message” feature. Send us a request, making sure you submit the following data:
· Player Nickname
· Payment Date and Time
· Payment Method
· Total Payment
Please save your receipt slips until the currency is transferred to your in-game account!In case of any issues with payment processing (for example, if you keep getting an error), please contact our Support team regarding payments.
