Problem with my Skyforge Xbox purchase

Players can contact Skyforge Customer Support and provide the Xbox Gamertag along with the e-mail address for any issue related to the following cases described below:
   - Skyforge Game Account (Restoration, In-Game Suspension, In-Game Ban/Mute) 
   - Skyforge Account (Password Recovery, Security Question, Avatar image) 
   - Access to the Skyforge Forums.

To request a Refund for Skyforge on Xbox One:
Players must first contact the Skyforge Customer Support team and request to remove the items from the account. When the items have been successfully removed, our team will provide instructions and details to contact the Microsoft Xbox Customer Support to finalize the refund process for the following purchases:  
   - Argent & Package Purchases
   - Season Pass Purchases

All other issues associated with your Xbox account must go through the Microsoft Xbox Customer Support team:
   - Skyforge / Xbox Account linking process 
   - Xbox Membership questions/concerns
   - Xbox Account (Sign-up, Avatar, Xbox Profile, Appeals, etc.)
