I haven't received my in-app purchase
Sometimes a situation can arise, when a player spends money on a purchase, but resources aren't added in the game. Don't worry, this issue can be easily solved.
If after one day you still do not get the resources, please submit a ticket to the support team. In the inquiry, please, state your Game ID (the number in the game settings) and the payment information:
- for Android - the Transaction ID of the payment (for example, GPA.0000-0000-0000-00000). You can find it in your Google wallet (https://wallet.google.com/);
- for iOS - the screenshot of the payment with the Order ID, Invoice date and Item visilble. You can find it in your iTunes account: iTunes Store -> View Account -> Purchase History -> See All;
- for Windows Phone - the screenshot of the payment with the Order ID, Invoice date and Item visilble. You can find it in your Purchase History (https://commerce.microsoft.com).
