Account migration

WARNING! Only accounts created prior the game changing the publisher need to migrate. If your account was created after February, 1st of 2017, you do not need to perform the steps from this instruction. Trying to do so will only result in loss of the progress already made.

  1. To start the migration process you need to login into updated GFACE Launcher.

Enter your registration e-mail and GFACE account password and click ‘Login’.

2. A pop-up window will appear.

If you wish to transfer your account, check the box ‘Migrate my European and North-American accounts’. This will initiate the migration procedure.

If you wish to play on Turkish server, check the box ‘Play on the Turkish server’. This will close the migration window and your account will stay on the Turkish server.

If you did not choose yet, check the box ‘I will decide later. Close the GFACE Launcher’.

Pick one of the options and click CONTINUE.

3. If you chose to ‘Migrate my European and North-American accounts’, you will be asked to read the following transition information.




Press ‘Accept’ to continue.

4. On the next screen you will be asked to create a new password and check the boxes that you agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy policy and Payment Terms.

Make sure to create a safe password. If it would appear too weak you may receive a following notice after you press ‘Continue’ button. In this case try a more secure password.

5. If all data is correct, your account will be migrated to My.com with all characters, progress, items and Kredit balance.

6. Congratulations! Now you can use your login and password to login to My.com Launcher.

NOTE: If yout account was banned in game permanently, you will not be able to migrate it, In this case you can create a new account under My.com

NOTE: If you already have a My.com account in Warface under the same e-mail that you had your Warface.com account, you will be asked to pick one of them to keep and confirm your choice. Other account will be lost.
