No items received from my in-app payment
If you haven't received the items for your purchase after 24 hours, please contact our Billing Specialists and we'll be happy to help. To ensure full and swift assistance, please provide the Transaction ID associated with the payment in the message.
• For Android — State the Transaction ID of the payment. You can find the Transaction ID in your Google Wallet, clicking on the specific payment.
• For iOS — Send us a screenshot of the Transaction from the email that was sent to you by AppStore with the payment. You can find the information about your purchases in your iTunes-Account: iTunes Store → View Account → Purchase History → See All.
