You issue does not fit into any of the categories or you cannot find the appropriate category? In that case you might be able to find a solution in the category “other”. Here you can find descriptions of known issues that currently appear or that cannot be put into any of the other categories. Please read the information you can find here carefully before creating a ticket. Please also check the news on the starting page of the support center.
If you come across further issues in the game that have not yet been described you can create a ticket. Please note that processing tickets without the correct category or with insufficient description will usually take longer. Therefore all tickets should be in the according category and contain as many details as possible.
